⦁ By placing an order with Eatraw Organic Delivery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to providing high-quality organic & non-organic products while ensuring transparency and fairness in our service.
2. Delivery & Perishable Items
⦁ While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in the best condition, we are not responsible for frozen items defrosting or refrigerated items losing their optimal temperature and potentially softening or melting after delivery.
⦁ We ensure that our deliveries travel in our refrigerated vehicles, but customers have the option to purchase a wool pack to help maintain the temperature of their cold items during transit. We strongly recommend this for orders containing perishable goods.
3. Weight Variations for Fresh Produce
⦁ All fruit and vegetable produce are weighed as close to the shown value as possible; however, weight may vary due to natural size differences in individual items.
4. Pricing & Availability
⦁ Pricing of organic produce is subject to change and may vary from week to week due to seasonality, supply fluctuations, and market conditions.
⦁ While we strive to keep all products in stock, availability may vary, and we reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with a similar alternative or issue a refund where necessary.
5. Certified Organic & Made With Organic Ingredients
⦁Products labeled as “CERTIFIED ORGANIC” are made with ingredients that have been independently verified by an accredited organic certifying body. Products described as “MADE WITH ORGANIC INGREDIENTS” contain one or more organic components but may not be fully certified organic. Any items that are NOT certified organic will not be labeled to ensure transparency. All products listed on our website will be clearly labelled based on information provided by the manufacturers or suppliers. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of this labelling; however, we rely on third-party certifications and declarations.
⦁ We are not liable or held accountable for any misrepresentation or incorrect labelling that may result from supplier error, changes in certification status, or false claims made by third parties. We encourage customers to contact us if they require additional information or clarification about any product.
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
⦁ If an order needs to be cancelled or modified, this must be done on the day which the order was placed, before 5pm. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made.
7. Refunds & Returns
⦁ If you receive an item that is damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and photographic evidence. We will assess claims on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
⦁ Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
8. Liability Disclaimer
⦁ Eatraw Organic Delivery is not liable for any issues arising from improper storage of perishable items after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure perishable goods are refrigerated or stored correctly upon receipt.
9. Amendments to Terms
⦁ Eatraw Organic Delivery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

Orders placed before 1 pm are delivered the next day. Orders placed after 1 pm will arrive the following day. If no one is home, we’ll leave your order safely for your return.
