Shipping Overview

Eatraw Health & Wellness is an Australia-wide online retailer offering a curated range of non-perishable health, wellness, pantry, supplement, and lifestyle products.

All orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier and postal providers. Eatraw Health & Wellness does not perform deliveries directly.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size, and selected shipping method.

Available shipping options and charges are displayed before payment is completed.

Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST/AEDT) on a business day are dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed:

  • after 12:00pm (AEST/AEDT)
  • on weekends, or
  • on NSW public holidays

will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

While we are committed to dispatching eligible orders on the same business day, dispatch times may occasionally vary during peak periods, promotional events, or due to unforeseen operational circumstances.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: Approximately 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Courier network operations
  • Delivery location
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Peak shipping periods
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Transit times are not guaranteed.

Courier Delivery

All orders are delivered by trusted third-party courier and postal providers selected based on your delivery location and shipping requirements.

Once your order has been dispatched and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier.

Eatraw Health & Wellness is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, lost parcels, or service interruptions caused by third-party courier providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery directly through the courier’s tracking service.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (where applicable)

We will investigate the issue and work with you and the courier provider to resolve it as quickly as possible.
