Refund Policy

At Eatraw Health & Wellness, we have a 14-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened, with any original seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged, or required by Australian Consumer Law:

  • Perishable goods, including fresh produce, chilled or frozen items, and other time-sensitive food products.
  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Personal care and hygiene products where opened or used.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

Dry goods and non-perishable pantry items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the eligible product (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
