Welcome to Eatraw Health & Wellness. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Eatraw Health & Wellness.

Eatraw Health & Wellness operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – GENERAL

By placing an order with Eatraw Health & Wellness, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We are committed to providing high-quality health, wellness, organic, and specialty products while operating with transparency, integrity, and fairness.

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, cancel orders, or restrict access to our Services where necessary.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

Eatraw Health & Wellness offers a carefully curated range of non-perishable health, wellness, pantry, supplement, and lifestyle products.

We do not sell refrigerated, frozen, or other temperature-sensitive goods.

All products are intended for standard courier transportation unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, and suitability before purchasing.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship Australia-wide using trusted third-party courier and postal services.

Orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST/AEDT) on a business day are dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed:

  • after 12:00pm (AEST/AEDT)
  • on weekends, or
  • on NSW public holidays

will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information (where available).

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: approximately 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • courier operations
  • regional delivery locations
  • weather events
  • peak periods
  • circumstances beyond our control

Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Eatraw Health & Wellness is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, lost parcels, or service interruptions caused by third-party shipping providers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, parcel size, and shipping method selected.

Available shipping options and charges are displayed before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to amend shipping rates at any time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 5 – ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays).

Orders received before 12:00pm (AEST/AEDT) are dispatched the same business day.

Orders received after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods, public holidays, or unforeseen operational events, processing times may occasionally be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify affected customers where possible.

Once an order has entered the packing process or has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

SECTION 6 – PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice due to supplier pricing, freight costs, currency fluctuations, or operational expenses.

While we endeavour to maintain accurate inventory, stock discrepancies can occasionally occur.

Where a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we may:

  • issue a full refund
  • offer a suitable replacement
  • partially fulfil the order after contacting you

SECTION 7 – PRODUCT INFORMATION & CLAIMS

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, nutritional information, certifications, and ingredient lists are accurate.

Products labelled Certified Organic have been certified by recognised certification bodies where applicable.

Products described as containing organic ingredients may not be fully certified organic.

Information provided on this website is supplied by manufacturers and suppliers. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Eatraw Health & Wellness cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions.

Our products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not replace professional medical advice.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete return information.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photographs of the product and packaging

Each claim is assessed individually. Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • a partial refund
  • a full refund

We do not accept returns for change of mind unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eatraw Health & Wellness is not liable for:

  • delivery delays caused by third-party couriers
  • parcels lost after being accepted by the carrier
  • incorrect delivery information supplied by customers
  • delays resulting from natural disasters, industrial action, or other events beyond our control
  • allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and ensuring products are suitable for their individual needs before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 10 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.

Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
